OPTIMIZATION FEEDING RATE OF SPINY LOBSTER (Panulirus penicillatus) CULTURED IN FLOATING CAGES

Spiny lobster (Panulirus penicillatus) is one of luxury seafood product that cultured in floating cage. There no information about feeding rate this species particular feed with fresh mangrove snail meat. This study aimed to optimized level spiny during limited periods cultured. Feeding 10, 20 and 30% were used as treatments. Three cages 120 individuals pre-adult was used. Sixty days absolute growth, specific growth survival analysed determined rate. Results showed 10% supported highest compared 20% 30 % Moreover, all can support 100 recommends sufficient percentage per day able culture performance grow-out
